1. What SpyOut does

SpyOut is a browser extension for FACEIT users. Its single purpose is to show player reputation, emoji reputation levels, and useful player or match context directly on FACEIT pages.

2. Information the extension may process

To provide its features, SpyOut may process information visible on FACEIT pages or returned by the SpyOut service, including FACEIT nickname, FACEIT player ID, match ID, player reputation score, reputation votes, and gameplay statistics used for extension UI features.

SpyOut does not intentionally collect payment card data, government identifiers, sensitive personal categories, private messages, passwords, or unrelated browsing history.

3. How the information is used

The information is used to display reputation indicators, show player context, process reputation votes, improve extension quality, prevent abuse, and support core extension functionality.

4. Browser permissions

SpyOut requests only the permissions required for its functionality, such as access to supported FACEIT pages, reading page content needed to place interface elements, and communicating with the SpyOut backend service.

5. Data sharing

SpyOut does not sell user data. Data may be processed by the SpyOut backend service only to provide the extension features, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and comply with legal requirements when applicable.

6. Remote code

SpyOut does not execute remote code inside the extension. Extension logic is included in the extension package distributed through browser stores. Network requests are used for data exchange with the SpyOut backend where needed.

7. Feedback form and email

If you contact SpyOut by email or through the feedback form, the information you provide may be used to respond to your request, investigate bugs, or improve the product.

8. Data retention and deletion

SpyOut keeps information only for as long as reasonably needed for the extension features, security, abuse prevention, and service maintenance. You may contact us to request information or deletion where applicable.
